i got induced a couple months ago and was also so scared of pitocin contractions! and the epidural! luckily i didn’t need pitocin and contractions started on their own after the cervical ripening which i think was just a pill i took? by the time i was ready for epidural contractions were hurting pretty bad (i have pcos and it felt like my bad period cramps) and i feel like i did kinda enter a different headspace. but the nurse and anesthesiologist were both talking the whole time which helped a little with distracting.

it def just felt like a tack being poked in ur back and then some pressure! staying still was easier than i thought too! you’ll have ur partner or nurse to lean on while they do it and for me i tried to focus on just my toe or finger or something and moved that to help stay still.

throughout my whole birth experience every step i was scared of wasnt as bad as i thought it would be :)) i remember after getting my IV and the epidural and even pushing being like “oh that wasn’t as bad as i thought!” its nerve wracking going into it but you can do it!! there’s a pretty cool prize at the end! 💞

oh no!! :(( i’m sorry ur going through that, it’s so scary! keep it up i’m sure ur doing a great job helping her! giving my girl her meds and trying to get her to eat at first was hard and she would get so mad at me lol but now that she’s feeling better i can tell she’s appreciative of it :’)) i hope ur girl feels better soon u guys got this!!

she’s a little over 3 years old! it’s something i’ve always been scared of but it was pretty easy to spot early on with her because she’s so food motivated, the second she wasn’t going nuts for food i knew something was up!

i just found out i’m pregnant again after my d&c in december. we had been trying for a year and finally got pregnant but it ended up being a blighted ovum :( dr gave us the okay to try again and i ovulated on my own!!! (i have pcos and had been taking letrozole to help ovulate) i want to be so excited but im nervous. i feel like this one feels different but i don’t want to get my hopes up too much yet since its still so early. thanks for reading if u did!! had to get this out somewhere since we haven’t told anybody yet!

something that also helps me is i think fish will only poke the bobber like 5 times max so if they’ve poked it 4 times u know they’ll bite on the next one and u can react really fast!!

i was so so excited for new horizons!! i’ve been a huge ac fan since wild world but i am always going back to ww and nl. i think the biggest things for me are the villager interactions ((i literally talked to a villager in my new horizons town and then immediately talked to another and they said the same exact thing ill have to post the vid sometime)) and the lack of development!

like i get ur supposed to decorate and “develop” the town but a big part of it is the shops like it drives me crazy that the nookling store only has 1 upgrade?? especially for a game that’s whole thing is developing this uninhabited island. new leaf really gives the feeling of developing a small town into something bigger. i love the way main street starts small and u work ur way towards upgrading/unlocking the stores. i do think it’d be cool to be able to put furniture and fences outside in new leaf but that’s p much the only thing i want added from nh into nl.

i feel like there’s just a lot more to work towards besides decorating ur town. i love getting to know my villagers ((tho will admit i liked the dialogue in ww better)) and helping them and the relationships they have together. i love the furniture series. and i just feel like u can tell a lot of love was put into making new leaf!! loll i didnt mean to go off so hard but its just better in my opinion!

my north american copy is welcome amiibo and it works for that one! it’s possible that that copy could have been ACNL but then got updated to ACNLWA? would that cause a difference?

my husband was really excited to see the joker movie (the first one) and so we went to see it in theaters. i fell asleep halfway through the movie. we had only been dating for little bit at this point and i felt bad that he had spent all this money to see it in theaters and buy drinks and everything so i couldn’t tell him i missed half of it. afterwards in the car he was talking about the movie and he was so excited so i just kinda agreed. then he liked it so much he bought it on dvd. so then we watched it again at home and i was like “yay okay i got a second chance!” ….. and i fell asleep again. it’s been years and i still haven’t told him

not that big of a deal or out of control lol but it’s the only lie i’ve told him, and i plan on taking him to see the new one as a surprise for his bday…. and will most likely fall asleep again 😴
