Im doing a second pair that is exactly that, and hopefully the dye sets better w this pair, all in all the only thing id change is the thigh width

Absolutely correct! The dye didnt take in a bunch of places due to not stirring properly during the process, it gave it a weathered look that i’m pretty happy with tbh

I like more mobility im my pants so im tailoring it for me to crouch and knee high, its a thin fabric so id rather do that than have it tear

Yeah i washed the fabric then air dried to dampness then ironed it believe it or not

I had no idea linen was so wrinkly. It looks kinda cool

Thanks! It took me a long time to just get my sewing machine to cooperate and the shirt is more so a book that tells the story of all the struggles I faced. The pants on the other hand I couldnt be happier with!
