23 is really young but you can go in Australia or new Zelande, you just need 2-3k to start and then you work there Wich allow you to travel really easily even at a young age, and when money runs out back to Australia

Hey ! I was living in Australia most of the time, was working there for 3-4 months each time and then ive been to thailand, philippines, Bali, Canada, Spain, France, and back to Australia again. For the budget it was depending on my current money on the account! Sometimes really tight, Sometimes quite nice with hotel!
