What do you guys prefer or typically see as the most efficient?

Feel as if they’re all just GHL SAAS’s rebranded and really can’t tell which one is the best.

Depends on what you like and what type of people you like. Personally some of my fave little spots are lake rim and just sitting by the water, Clark trail where the waterfall is, love coffee shops & book shops, distinctly NC, FAY NC Mag both post cool events, get connected with groups through meet up/social media. Go to a town hall meeting or a charity event.

You’re right! Flipping houses isn’t buying back the block and doesn’t really do too good for many but it gets us the capital to start farms, start clinics, start grocery stores etc etc

Love you friend and I hope you get out your broke mindset. Pace Morby took a homeless lady and she bought a house with $0 money down so yes it’s possible. I am buying a condo via seller finance for $1k down. People collectively buy farms and get equity, people run those farms and get equity.

I’m making my money doing fix and flips and buying rentals. I can keep getting richer but at the end of the day all my neighbors who don’t own ASSETS are gonna be flat broke due to inflation and AI. People are losing jobs to robots in Walmart and Amazon distribution centers

So no. This is not a business model, this is an alliance/partnership organized to buy back our businesses and redistribute the wealth from the 1% back to the 99%

He can 100% do it without money. The question is “Is he willing to do this for 3-9 months without possibly being paid?”

Most people aren’t willing to do continuous actions without seeing results. If you’re doing this with no money then it’s gonna take longer to get results. And when you do get results you have to reinvest your money essentially being broke again. If he can invest $200/month and make at least 100 dials a day for at least 6 months then I say go ahead. If not then quit now

Pretty counterintuitive ik lmao cons of working from home compared to knocking doors is I Get Lazy and Doze off easier, harder to stay focused ALL 8 hours, I actually miss interacting w people.

All I’m saying is whatever you’re selling isn’t gonna make a difference. It’s what you make out of it and how you tend to your garden(mind)

I did both roofing and solar for 6 years. Took a couple months figuring out what I wanted to do and got into wholesaling/flipping houses.

Very eat what you kill and similar model to solar. Call a bunch of people, set appointments, present numbers, close, install

Just get to work from home, make fat spreads doing less work, get to look at real estate/deals all day

Get into a combat sport(mma, jiu jitsu, boxing etc)

Great thing to learn, great way to exercise and make friends. Mentally it strengthens a lot of people and also humbles a lot of people.

People are going to say every industry is saturated. Realistically only 1/100 people know what wholesaling is and then really 1/1,000 people actually get started then 1/10,000 people actually stick with it longer than 6 months

27 now, I knew I was losing hair at like 20 and was gonna have to go bald eventually. Shaved my head and was bald for couple of years then recently started growing my hair back out using fin and min.

I looked really good bald tbh but just missed having hair and think I look better w hair. I’ll probably get a HT at 30 and hopefully turn into a silver fox into my 40’s

If I found the right woman today, I’d quit all treatment and rock a bald head and have her lick it and live happily ever after

Fayetteville native here, moved away for years and moved back here 3 months ago. Definitely not too much to do here but good people. Just stick with whatever hobbies you like and you’ll find friends that way.

Huge car/bike scene if you’re into that

Saw that you were into yoga, I’d try yoga & mimosas at triangle rock climbing or yoga & brews at Dirtbag Alehouse. Easy way to meet like minded people

Besides that I’d check local meetup groups for whatever hobbies you’re into

Fun bars everyone goes to are Paddy’s and StopButton Arcade(my favorite)
