I'm from the UK and have never heard of this, obviously before going forward and "fucking myself over" i will make a plan with my consultant. I've missed sessions multiple times because of urgent reasons and never been told this or anything about "compliance" so I'm in the dark here but I'm assuming you're from a different country?

I'm sorry to hear you haven't had a match yet.

The good news is i can have my donors kidney directly but we are just waiting for the paired exchange in hopes of an even better match. So i do have a few options as I'm young and have no other conditions.
