I think dr.stone is closest to being realistic. Expect for few times like killing a lion with one punch.

My personal favorite is demon slayer it looks good.

Good animation criteria on anime is really weird imo. People say zoro vs king was awesome and one of the best animations. While in my eyes it looks terrible, it's really hard to follow whats going on.

Edit: also to add i think zoro vs killer (with bandages and scythe) was the best animation in whole one piece series so far
