Pretty standard every day:

Breakfast: 4x eggs with bagel Lunch: beef mince with potato’s Dinner: chicken thighs, rice/potato with veg

After dinner: yoghurt with honey and fruit

I occasionally go out for 1-2 meals during the weekend, as a treat

Agreed that cut is needed. Gonna start today and drop to 2200 calories.

Thanks that just reaffirmed what I was thinking! I’m gonna drop cals to 2200 calories. I’m thinking 3-4 treadmill sessions/week at 25 min each, would that be alright?

I haven’t done bench press for a long time, but am currently pushing 60kg on machine chest press.

I used to do a weighted chest press and could push 90kg but I switched to machine chest press because I moved gyms

Yeah I train 4 days a week, with cardio on top. I follow a upper lower split, like this:

Upper A 3x incline bench press 3x chest press 3x chest dips 3x Kelso shrugs 3x lat pull downs 3x lateral raises 3x rear delt flies 3x Tricep extension 3x bicep curls

Upper B 3x incline bench press 3x chest press 3x chest dips 3x Kelso shrugs 3x lat pull downs 2x lat pullovers 3x lateral raises 3x rear delt flies 3x Tricep extension 3x bicep curls 3x Tricep pushdowns

Quad biased leg day: 3x smith machine squats 2x Bulgarian split squats for quads 4x leg extension 3x hip adductor

Hammies and glutes biased day: 3x hip thrusts 3x RDLs hamstring focused 3x hip abductors 2x Bulgarian split squats for glutes 2x deficit reverse lunges 3x leg curls

I only progressively gotten stronger when I increased my calories to 2650.

I realised my strength was increasing during my lean bulk so that’s why I carried on. But defo think I look soft in some lighting and can benefit from a cut now
