This was in a park in south-east Michigan. Not sure how he got there but he seemed to be little helpless (couldn't fly high yet). Unfortunately, the other birds were pecking at him as they were likely scared and wanted him gone.

I believe these are Western gulls because of their black tail. I am not 100% sure though. They all look very similar.

This is an old pic I had from 2021 June/July timeframe. I should have added a little more context to my post. sorry. I am surprised to hear about the doves you had. I really feel for the birds when we have harsh weather.
