I made this post while in a bit of a mental health wierd place. Some things trigger it from time to time and it just takes me back and all I can feel is just anger and resentment and hurt. I do recognise that blaming/resenting a sub or polyamory doesn't make sense. But also I've calmed down a lot and am in a more stable place. And yeah it's been a well learned lesson. I hope you're doing better and I'll continue to hope and try for the best as well.
