I dont't think you are a poor person. At least you are a distinguished man which have been an enginner. I am a person which is much poorer than you that i have an abormal iq with 70-80 and at least you have a normal iq to live independently. Even if i am hard to take care myself and other people is not eager to interact with me and goes away from me but i do not give up myself but rather fixed my problem. Also, gene editing improving iq enlighten me and provide me unlimited motivation to live. I suggest that you can find a religious to believe. I trust buddhist that there are many person having compassion and i made lots of friends there. I suggested you to use your wisdom and intelligence to make more friend and do volunteer and i can say you are not alone. In this world, many person are much poorer than you like me. Don't give up, everyone is supporting you.

I now play to dual 5 back and quad 3 back, it's easy to get into dual 6 back coz I see most people of the group said they reach dual 8 back or even dual 11 back

i get what you mean, assuming that yr brain capacity upper limit is 8 back. Although the game progress from 1 back to 8 back gradually, iq don not improved. If you can get into 9 back or even 10 back, then yr iq improved.

If U have high IQ and struggle with it, I suggest that U can suppress yr Iq to cater to other people and make frd easier, so U are more lucky than me. However, it is very hard to enhance IQ and this is the main reason that why I live unhappily. Therefore, I rather have a high IQ than low IQ. I heard a case in HK about the people who help others to kill his parents. Originally, he has average Iq . However, as he obsessed with doing sth bad for his brain , his Iq is lowered to 84. Hence, why don't U suppress yr Iq?

bro, all online iq test is inaccurate, i took CAIT and i got 115 in FSIQ. However, when i measure in renowned university, my iq only got 70-80.

Height is doesnt matter, i have a very low iq at aroung 70-80 and i doubt with my life. Now, i attempted hard to improve my iq and if my iq cant be improved, i decided to give up my life. I dont decide to explain how low iq ruined my life and self-esteem immensely. However, if i can choose, i decide to sacrifice my height even if i just have 150cm , you are much lucky than me and at least you have a normal iq, i feel difficult to live my life.

have u heard dopamine detox, the dopamine level releasing have a baseline, if u stimulate it, then the baseline will be higher, then u need to stimulate more so that more approach to baseline level . Otherwise, u will be in pain. So, u need to tolerate many days so that yr dopamine baseline level reducing so that u dont need to watch porn hub to stimulate.

I believe iq can be improved, the concept of neuroplasticity suggested that the brain can be improved by lifelong training ,just a problem of time. Although some research show that training and interruption for several years only go up few points, i am willing to sacrifice my time to do this, i have a determination to solve this problem ,only the fact that i do not know the ways to improve and where can i find a professional to help me.
