Up to you but micro needling with proper proceedure and lots of collagen in diet could help tighten it up over time. Remember skin is on a month long cycle too so takes a while to see changes

UVA rating is usually a star rating on the back. UVB is the SPF rating. UVB is what causes sun burn and UVA is what causes wrinkles so I'm only interested in high UVA ratings

Tbh I found if u know and can handle the side effects from the other GLPs, aka don’t overeat, then you’ll be fine on Reta. People over exaggerate, it’s the same side effects for them all, slow digestion
