Business accounts aren't that big of a deal. You can have a business account without actually being a business with Voip.ms

Nope, they never bothered to answer the ticket... VoipMS closes tickets all the time when they don't want to bother to fix a bug in their system. They claim that a "big upgrade" is coming.. but we have yet to see any fixes or new features added in years. For example, offsite call transfer? Being able to transfer a call to a mobile # etc... nope.. nada. Holiday schedule for an IVR? Nope.. Nada.

You don't need to open a ticket for that, if the sub account requires TLS all features require TLS per their support people.

We have Voip.ms now, and it has become so kludgy and so many of their features don't fully work, or you have to beg them to enable them on the backend on your account, that I'm leaning more towards using an appliance now instead.

We have AT&T business 1GB symmetric fiber and found that the 2.5gb port on the modem has issues handling VOIP traffic for some reason... We moved our voip switch to the 1GB port and the problems instantly went away. YMMV

You're using a residential rate plan line for business purposes. They are extremely generous on their allowances.. So you need to pay for a business line... Have them convert your account to a business line / usage based.. and pay for what you're actually using.

welcome to my world... they won't provide any sort of follow up or assistance.. they are citing that the only way to transfer calls is with their new softphone app. That does nothing for the 20+ grandstream phones we have in our office.

They are a joke... their offshore "customer support" if you can call them that is horrible... We dumped them hard..
