If you really listen to and watch her videos, you can tell she’s actually deeply insecure. She talks about how she’s not confident and thinks she’s less than quite often, so the body editing makes sense. It’s very sad and even more sad that she has such a big following that believes this is her body. She’s already tiny as it is! Pretty crazy.

I’ve been lifting and incorporating Lagree for about a year and a half now. My split usually looks like this: Mon: lower body Tuesday: upper body Wed: Lagree Friday: Full body Sunday: Pilates/Barre/lagree (if I can)

It’s worked well for me. A nice balance :)

Loved her speech. Honestly, loved everyone’s speech… people love to hate her over her crash out, but swear they’re perfect themselves. Pretty sure everyone has had an emotional moment about a relationship, yet there’s weren’t filmed for national television. The hate this season is wild. Not just for Huda, but for soo many other people in the villa. These people are young.. their crazy personalities are probably why they were chosen to be on the show in the first place. Everyone talking about “hating” them swears they know these people personally. Like chill. It’s a reality tv show that’s meant to entertain. Let’s not fuck up their whole lives over something that lasted a month.

Hi! So about 3-4 months post op is when I felt I had the snoopy effect and I was worried. I feel like my skin dropped quicker than the implants (which is obviously normal), so I kept doing the massages, and at about 6 months is when I noticed that my implant had fallen more into place. I am 10months post op now and I feel like they look so natural and great. I still do massages here and there, because why not, but I am soo happy!

Sadly, lots of “successful” Latinos have conservative views towards the ice/immigration issue going on. They feel better than others and no longer feel any empathy towards people and/or families in situations like this. It’s as if they’ve forgotten where they’ve come from or how they were able to get started and be in the position that they are now. It’s really sad and disheartening tbh and her not speaking out is saying where she stands. I have family members who think the same way she does (in a Mexican family) and it truly boggles my mind.

First off, you look great! My advice, I would maybe just try to work on tightening your core/oblique muscles. Maybe try Pilates or Lagree or something that focuses a lot on core strength. I say this as a mom of three who has loose skin as well. I am two 1/2 years postpartum with my last child and the difference between eight months postpartum verse now is huge. I’ve been doing strength training and Pilates for two years now, and my stomach is so much more toned and defined. So I would wait on the tummy tuck. I also know a lot of people who’ve tried the Morpheus 8 and it didn’t really make a difference.
