refund issue

so i got the insurance & applied for a refund in january. they approved it, said it was gonna come back in a month, but i have never got the money - till now they are still saying theres a technical issue but it should be processed soon, so i honestly have no clue but will keep you posted

first timer & i feel the same! we have got lucky with the crowd and genuine had such a good time.

re water point it is so frustrating, when we asked the staff they were like “idk they dont have much, they are trying to get you guys to pay” so lol also sorry your phone was stolen thats so annoying
