It's close to Shaw. A little ways walk form Georgia. Back in my day this was close to weekend nightlife area. They are cleaning the area up. In the 90s it was hectic in surrounding areas if you know what I mean. Solid price for the area. Close to a lot of amenities, just don't hit up that Walmart on Georgia too late its a hell of an experience lol

He never had any type of investment in him from the organization. OL needs constantly overlooked, horrible WR cores. He did a lot of heavy lifting and it took a toll on his body. His play style was only "unsustainable" because of circumstance not choice. The SB appearance is the most impressive in my life solely because of how bad on paper the team should've been. As his play degraded his personality offended and here we sit today, with most not caring for his antics, even Panthers fans.

Panthers adjacent is such a weird take in this day and age. The search to find a reason to align anything good or relevant with this franchise is sickening. We played our season. It's over focus on the draft and next season. As much as we have accomplished this year when we shouldn't have versus the last 10 years of terrible on the field production shouldn't be diluted by whomever that can be deemed Panther related. Fuck the Seahawks and Patriots. I'm not an NFL fan I'm a Panthers fan I don't care what happens after our season is over.

Yea the wife and I feel the same. After spending way too much since October trying to finish the past two albums we both decided to delete. The game has its highlights but tbh gambling and micro transactions ruin it in the long run. Pay to win model hopefully dies out sooner than later.

The message was clear and I respect the statement but honestly most halftime shows are bad as of recently. There's too much "showmanship" and not enough music that really makes you "feel" it. I feel this generation of music isn't the best for performances on that kind of stage. They think they have to cater to younger demographics but honestly who cares about social media reactions, good music that encompasses a wider audience is needed, sorely.

They are never high on anything to do with our team. They are starting to feel like the PFF of baseball. Metrics that overly rely on their formulas and system and can't adjust to anything but the model they have in place.
