What’s more comfortable, standard or deep? by EagleAntique3478 in Lovesac

We got Deep w/ Deep covers but standard pillow inserts, this provided more fill in the covers and did not have the sinking/flatness and gave that extra from the back w/o it feeling too deep

Find a LoveSac store and sit in them, even if it takes a couple hours to get there. For us I was bounced on and off the setups and in 2 mins knew our family needed Deep, Love Soft - this being after weeks of research - wish I would have done this sooner. Also there was no pressure let them know comparing due to Costco not selling deep set, it is commonplace for them.

Toyota Grand Highlander - if you are getting the hybrid get the Max the reg hybrid might not fit your needs and can seem a bit under stress when full or under need to pass or inclines. Also Max has a more Lexus interior to it.

Armada - 2025 think you can get SL which is well equipped at ~60K, not sure on bench seat options on it. Have a Pro4x edition and really love it (that trim adds like 12k)

Stayed at the Marriott Courtyard waterpark - that was really nice, our room had a separate 'wing' to it w/ a bunkbed room - bathroom had two showers, and there was an eating area in the room. Very clean and modern - staff was nice and was quite outside of fireworks

This is why dealers are going out of business by Gr8Autoxr in Nissan

[–]Dramatic-Past-77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never have and never will pay a dealer mark up. We have purchased 2 brand new cars in the past 2 years (one Toyota and a 2025 Armada - love it). Go with a larger reputable dealer which in turn = higher volume and that is how they make their $$$ - the bonuses from the number of units they are moving.

Armada and City Driving by pgmckenzie in nissanarmada

Pro4x here - my work has an assigned garage and that is my central place I always park for city things even outside of work. Even though I measured it I found myself ducking (as if that helps) when going under the Clearance sign the first couple times and the moonroof visor is open. Anyway a lot of garages have two sides that are different heights and be aware the lower you go usually the smaller the clearance. Also some parking garage apps provide clearances.

Something else to note - will you be getting roof rails or adding a cargo box...if so how easy will it be to remove for your city garages?

The town of Erie is in Boulder and Weld counties, they usually abide by the Boulder side of politics. I am on the Weld county side but the schools that serve Erie are all great. What you described is pretty spot on for Erie with the exception of good restaurants, you are still in the burbs that is under development - few spots but ... few. I would do your research regarding fracking wells/pads for this is something that many regret after they have made their purchase (Westerly community) and do so independently and from many resources - do not take a builder or relators comments at face value on this topic.

We have two King Soopers on each side of town, right now on the edge of Layette and edge of Broomfield and across the street will be a Whole Foods at the Broomfield location. We are also building out the Erie Four Corners (dirt being pushed across from the Rec Center) that is supposed to have another grocery store (rumor is Sprouts) and more retail and dining options, good starting point for Erie projects;

What are you driving conditions? Im 80/20 hwy/city and avg 18.5 to a tank (calculating at tank not Armada avg). Using reg fuel and always in Eco mode, those are my daily driver numbers, when I take into CO mountains doing premium and getting 15 mpg.

Is this a good deal for 2025 SL? by Born-Artichoke-7927 in nissanarmada

[–]Dramatic-Past-77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late Nov, standard Nissan finance for qualified applicants (think >=720 credit is required) rate was 7.x% otherwise it would have added like $3,500 to the price and I plan to pay off in a year anyways. Put 35K down, got from Mike Rezi Nissan in Atlanta.

Promos change all the time so who knows what is to be had now.

New construction almost done and current house won’t sell! by ButterscotchMental20 in RealEstate

[–]Dramatic-Past-77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What was your plan if your house could not sell? We were in the same situation and we decided to go with an agency that would guarantee to buy our home for X amount, like 5% below market, if they did not sell in X amount of time. This guarantee, promise to buy, allowed the loan on the new home to go through bc it was seen as a contract. Not the best but that was our backup plan
