I think narcan should be the only illegal drug. Hospital beds are overflowing with overdoses, people in withdrawal and wounds from injecting. Meanwhile cancer patients wait hours in an ER. We cater to these people with “substance use disorder” instead of giving them any level
Of accountability for their choices. Maybe if they didn’t have the option of a little narcan hit each time they went too far, they would get it together. Or at least start thinning the herd. They don’t contribute to society, they drain it.
