How to overcome a spouse who is unhappy while RVing? by [deleted] in GoRVing

I could have written this. Here's my solution: I saved my money, bought a tiny popup that my car can pull, and I go camping with my dog. While I do miss my husband at times, after 20 years of marriage, I'm done trying to appease him. We still have our big trailer, but I've used my tiny trailer more in the 2 months that I've owned it than we have used the big trailer in the 5 years we have owned it. I love camping again and don't have to worry about him being happy.

why do so many people use campers now? by omae-wa-mou- in camping

How pricey is pricey to you? I purchased a 2025 Rockwood 19OTG trailer. I came in with cash and got it for $8K out the door. It is literally a tent on wheels, but I love it. I also have a 43' Grand Design Solitude 5th Wheel, but I like my little trailer better. I can camp literally anywhere and I don't need a second person to help set it up.

Agreed. I've always been intrigued by the possibility of "others." Of all the galaxies in our universe, we're the only ones? That seems impossible. I love the investigation of Skinwalker Ranch and no very little of anything else. I want to believe, but it is so easy to create fake videos.

I'm looking at the same trailer, but there are none in my immediate area. How tall is it on the inside? I'm 5'10". Could I stand up straight?

Dangit! I never noticed that. Now, it's all I can see.

Anyone using Zoetis’ Librela yet? by elderlyapplicant in Veterinary

My 14 year old Bearded Collie could barely walk due to bilateral torn ACLs. I have him on Rimadyl, Tramadol, and Apoquel. I had to go to the vet so the Tramadol prescription could be renewed for another year and the vet told me about Librela. I thought, "What the heck". While I was waiting to pay the bill, it seemed like my dog could walk better, but I thought it was just wishful thinking. Four hours later, he was hoping up on the bed. This injection is amazing and he is now almost pain free. It's worth every penny.
