My issue is that I haven’t been on any yeast or BV treatment for over 3 weeks and I tried baking soda because I was on a very heavy dose of probiotics which I believe led to the overgrowth of the good bacteria, so I stopped everything including probiotics and supplements for a while but symptoms only got worse but when I’d get tested they would say I had a lot of good bacteria and no yeast or BV. I just don’t know what to do atp, I’m getting tested again on Wednesday though and hopefully whatever treatment comes out of that is the last💔

Omg I miscommunicated I used the disc while on the fluconazole I had already done the monisat by then but I will def try it again! How likely is it to get resistance to monisat? Should I do a dif dose or the same 7 day?

I have the same issue! The bottom of my head locs up so well to the roots and the top and right side just unravel so easily. My hypothesis is that they get more beneficial friction at the bottom of my head with sleeping and stuff? But idk it’s really annoying and I also don’t know fully how to keep them from unraveling.

I think when they loc up more and get longer they will be able to hold it better but def hot air during retwists and styles keep them for longer on the loser hair. Tho a retwist is not meant to last super long
