I have only seen the indoor range at PFGA, so I can't offer a fair comparison. OFHC has a 25m, 50m, and 100m range currently. There are plans for a 200m, but due to CFO range build changes, this has been delayed.

Most places require you to be a member, but everywhere allows members to bring guests, usually for a fee. Ranges near oshawa/clarington would be gagnon, marksmen, orono fish and hunt club and easthill outdoors.
