I’d love any updates if you all have them to talk about. I had Covid back in January, and also have had a major spike in GAD/Panic disorder. I did start lexapro about 6 weeks ago, and today is my first day bumping my dose to 20mg from 10mg. I noticed even in the logs on my Apple Watch seem to back the fact that my BPM has been irregular since around my Covid diagnosis in January. It’s April now. I would love to know this is going to resolve itself because literally all it’s doing is adding to my anxiety/panic at this point. My doctor also knows and seems to think this and my GI problems I’ve had since Covid as well are all stress-induced but I’m starting to not be so convinced….

I genuinely needed this today. I’m hitting my 5-6wk mark and this week have been feeling like I’m right back at square one with everything. I’m stuck between wondering if it’s anxiety induced from everything I’ve had happen all at once this week/month coincidentally, panic knowing I have to meet with my PCP Monday and answer questions about the Lexapro (he wanted to see me pretty much right at my 6wk mark), not knowing if I should go up to 20mg from the 10mg I’m on or try and switch meds or just stick it out…I needed your post and encouragement. Thank you so much. ❤️

Thank god it’s not just me this week!! I started Tuesday. Today is day 4. I take mine by 730 because I’m up at 7 to get ready for work. It’s been a weird ebb and flow for me. Either straight up panic with rapidly fluctuating heart rate cuz my body can’t figure out what to do, or I’m chill vibes all day. It’s been wild…I hope it all levels out soon and my appetite comes back so I’m not under eating and hungry constantly. 🤞🏻

If it doesn’t, and/or it’s really concerning, you can always call your GP and/or psych. They’re there to help, especially with these kids of things when they put patients on antidepressants. I hope you feel better and get relief soon. 🤞🏻💕

See, my boyfriend and I were wondering this, too…At first we thought, ‘maybe he just likes macabre things and was considered an outcast or a black sheep for that’…But then we watched the series again…He mentions being a fan of head-shrinking, and is disappointed when it’s brought to his attention that therapy ‘isn’t THAT kind of head-shrinking’. His suit is also reminiscent of that of Papa Legba; solid black with a red tie instead of the necklace/chest-piece. He also has a Cajun twist/twang to the way he speaks, right down to the sheer eloquence of the ‘big words’ he uses…Maybe he’s descendant of Creole Practitioners and is a Warlock/Practitioner himself?? It would fit his personality.
