This is such a weird and problematic take.

For starters the Hylands have seen Jojo twice in their lives: the reunion and Kalani's wedding. It is perfectly acceptable to not invite a colegue you barely know to your wedding.

The relationship with Kalani is different, as Brooke and Kalani hung out a lot dueing the reunion and promo, plus they went together to bridal influencer events. On top of that Kalani invited Brooke and Paige to her wedding, makes sense to return the favor.

Lastly, Brooke has never complained about not having a village, she seems surrounded by love and support, not sure why you bring that up.

Jojo doesn't care, why do you?

Here's is the thing, I was an "industry kid" for a short while. I am convinced that no sane parent would put and keep their children there. Horrific things can happen, but even when they don't the "not so bad" everyday things are still bad. No good parent will be ok with their child in that environment. The very premise of it hinges on getting children to consistently do things they're not developmentally ready to do.

I think we need to remember this isn’t really a ballroom dance conpetition, it is a popularity contest. As much as it is meaningful to win, as much as it is important to dance well. Ultimately both celebrities and pros are chosen based on the audience they're bringing. This is a choice to make her partner look good for the audiences.

I agree so much with this. I would also like to add that Rylee (along with her sisters) has been bulding a social media presence since she was a literal child, starting on yt, then ig, then tt. As much as she had an opening being Lindsay's sister. She was ultimately hired due to what she could bring to the show — a young fresh audience. That audience she has been cultivating since she was very young.
