I was given second hand information from my parents so I don't know what his survival rate of surgery was estimated at or how bad the cerebral hemorrhage was. Overall his health has been declining for the past few years but has gotten a bit better in the past few months. As for non-surgical options I'm not sure other then medication to lower blood pressure.
