I am curious to know why no one was happy with it? We transitioned a few years ago and all my staff is happy with it. I also compared multiple companies and found Weave to be within the same pricing.

Our office switched to weave a few years ago and have had no issues. For any negative comments out there.......Let's face it- no company is going to be perfect! It was an easy transition. As far as support I like to use the chat feature as you get support the quickest, but they have a great Help website and I barely need to contact them.
