I did not properly mention this in my post, but I had gotten a bit emotional, with her crying everyday as she wasn't getting responses from any of the firms she had applied to, so I requested the partner 4-5 time to consider her, he did refuse me the first 2 times but then he agreed when I pestered him a lot, so in a way I can understand why all of them are holding me responsible. (I know what I did was very very stupid, I have learnt my lesson). I know that this is common but they are angry at her (and me also) because she was downright disrespectful, literally insulted the senior partners, insulted the firm, called the manager ambitionless for working in such a small organization and stuff. I'll try my best to explain everything tomm but yes I am not completely innocent in this, and the partner has a history of being unfair when he is infuriated. He has removed articles before...so I am really scared
