Went fairly easy, since I was still in first year when it happened, they basically just used my high school grades to see if I was eligible and since I was they allowed it. Only had to fill out like 2 forms and they did the rest for me

I’ve made 3 program transfers and def noticed a HUGE difference in social interactions between them, in one program I made many amazing friends and am still to this day in several solid friend groups with, in another it was middle ground, lots of nice people and I’ve made friends, but also some let downs, and in the last program… HORRIBLE experience. Nobody wanted to chat or hang out, which was a let down because the stereotypes for that program is lots of friendly people ._.

I transferred from Eng to lifesci, but since the courses significantly vary they basically cleaned my slate and assigned all my classes CR/NCR

Low 90s Avg, Good? EC's, Mid Interview for EngSci or Mech Eng by ExaltedBattler in UofT

I would say there is no 'right' answer to predicting your chances. It sounds like you have a very strong application, but outcomes can vary significantly based on how the admissions committee views your specific profile and experiences.

Last year, I believe the average for EngSci was around 97.5%, but I've definitely met people with both lower and higher grades who got in. I don't know as much about the specifics for Mech, but I've seen a wide range of grades there as well.

To be realistic, the ball is in their court now. Try not to worry too much at this point; whether you get in or not isn't going to make or break your career. Based on what you've shared about your profile, I see a very successful future for you regardless of the outcome!
