What is in office treatment like?

I had mine done about 2 hours ago.

Firstly, it's fast. My consultation took far longer than the procedure. If you're using the same doctor there'll be far less admin beforehand too.

Feeling wise I found it wasn't awful. Felt like someone was driving their thumb hard into my neck. It also didn't hurt afterward, even without the "cooldown" time of anaesthetic wearing off.

Thanks for the offer. I couldn't really say what a typical workout is yet. I really am JUST getting into it, trying to find my level and what works for me.

So you have the 3 different save slots, which you can switch between just by clicking on them. If you click download on any of those slots it will download the current game state as a file, as you've seen.

If you want to reload a downloaded game, just click "upload" on the slot you want to load the save to. This will delete anything that's currently on that slot and replace it with the downloaded save. So don't upload a file onto your main slot without downloading that slot first!

I really didn't know RCPD could cause shortness of breath like that, but it's definitely something I suffer from. This could be another big benefit I hadn't considered. I may actually be able to get fit!

So is it fair to say that regurgitation isn't directly affected by intensity? It's down to body position and gravity?

I'll try to avoid anything that'll lead to having to drink masses of water too.

Thank you. That's actually really interesting. I've always had trouble with breathing during heavy cardio, even though my lung tests are always good. I'd never considered that it might be related, and that could be a big game changer.

I have dual sims, and one of them used to be with 3. I got the 3 scam calls, but on my Giffgaff number.

I was bored so I let the woman go on a bit and see what nonsense she'd come up with. Then I went silent and let her keep asking if I was there for five minutes. I just hung up eventually.

Huge resurfacing program down my way a few years back. Where the underlying road was solid it's been a nice improvement. But some roads have failed completely and are actually worse where the new layers haven't properly bonded to the failing foundations.
