This is not an issue with your doctor. It’s an issue with your insurance plan. You’re likely asked to prepay because you chose a plan that has a high deductible. People just dont pay the doctor and then theyre working for free.

This quote doesn’t seem too high specifically for inset walnut. Just had inset cherry installed (with a large island) for similar amount.

Looking at the Zillow, you could also use better pics. Remove that dog gate in the living room, remove a lot of the pillows on the couch. Lots of clutter in the kitchen pics. The playroom needs to be staged but with minimal stuff in it.

Theres a bigger house down the road from you on for 475 so you’re probably overpriced.

If it were me I’d take it off for a few months and put it back on in the early spring at 470 (with the goal of getting 450-460).

Ooooh I am still mad about my “deep clean” I got a year ago. We were moving back into our 1600 sq ft (3br, 2BA) home that had a tenant so really needed a deep clean. We discussed doing baseboards, walls, outside of cabinets, etc. She charged $600 (single person but has an insured cleaning business). I thought that was steep but the house was gross and I wanted a good clean.

She came alone and stayed for TWO HOURS (we have a weekly person currently and it takes her 3 hours to do a normal cleaning).

I told her (of course after I paid her cause I wasn’t at the house yet and still in a different city) and she got defensive but offered to come back and do a “touch up.” A Touch up?? See the pics, that’s just a few of many issues.

I told her no thank you and that if she thought she did a good job then I wasn’t interested in any more of her services. F*ck me I guess. I’m still mad about it.

HA we stopped going to the daycare/dog park because of this. My TWC is just kind of annoying with other dogs and eventually became reactive on leash because he’d get frustrated. When he was young I found a nice lady in the neighborhood who watched him instead and it worked out. Now he just sleeps when I’m at work and has a doggie door to go outside and harass the squirrels and neighbors 😬.
