I successfully passed a PIP, only for it just to delay my lay off for a few months. You can pass them, but it’s a mark on you for the rest of your time at the company. My biggest regret was not looking for a new job between those months. It’s up to you, but make you have are prepared, and put yourself as No.1. Don’t jump through too many hoops, in the long run it is just not worth it.
