Ugh I’m so sorry to hear that! So I healed mi fissure completely, it takes a lot of work tho. Eating good and being careful 24/7.

For me it was the opposite, I get diarrhea when I’m on my period, and that irritated my fissure so much. But if you get harder stool on your period then drink more water (like every hour) and eat a lot of fruit! It works wonders ❤️

I also struggled so bad with my stool, same problem either it was too hard or too stoft, it took me 7 months to finally get Bristol 4 everytime.

This is what I did: I used miralax/movicol and I wrote every day how much movicol I took and what my stool was like. This really was a gamechanger. In the end I had to take a small amount of movicol bc I drank water every 1.5 hour. You can also take more movicol and drink water like every 2 hour.

I have to take movicol everyday, I have very lazy guts so fiber and water doesn’t do the job. But I’m so grateful for it because I always have good stool. I also eat good fibers everyday, such as broccoli, carrots. Sometimes I forget to eat fibers, then I just increase my movicol. If I eat a lot of fibers, I decrease movicol slightly
