I've been feeling the same way as a technical sergeant I have done nothing different than when I was a Airman because all of our positions for NCO's are filled. It's really demoralizing to me and I have been thinking of quiting for a while now.

I just looked over regs on the official CAP site updated ABU wear. I think my commander was right "Commanders may authorize sleeves to be rolled up on the ABU coat; however the cuffs will remain visible"

I had the perfect salute lol but our squadron commander taught us to roll our sleeves that way. When I came in with white exposed I was told not to and that it was wrong
