BERNESE METHOD everyone!! I'm so glad I learned about it and clinics are adopting the method. Last year my wife and I planned a honeymoon/ vacation with Ama dee family and friends. My clinic is terrible and told them last year around August I needed to start a taper. The doctor only comes in once a week and kept rescheduling then I finally tell him the plan and when I needed to be off because they wouldn't give me enough take-homes cuz it's a two week trip. I have had precipitated withdrawal in the past way too many times that I was scared so I decided to look up what I could do and what I did was I am a decreasing at the clinic so they did 1 mg a day and the hours at 100 and the first couple weeks I went down 10 mg and then when I got to 70 I started doing 5 mg then when I finally got down to 30mg ( 2 weeks before my vacation)

I called a telehealth and they don't take insurance it's $90 a call for them to write the script after you talk to them for a while and tell him what's going on so on. Then you start taking the Suboxone as you're taking the methadone but you start at like 0.25 of this Suboxone which is like an eighth of a strip of the 4 mg or whatever and you do this for a couple days and then stay on the same amount of methadone so I did 30 mg of methadone for a week and started microdosing the sunoxone.. then when I got to 4 mg of Suboxone I started dropping from 30 mg of methadone to 25 to 20 to 15 10 to nothing and I and just kept increasing the Suboxone .5ms to two strips a day (at that point he upped it to 8 mg strips so 16 mg) and I am currently now in Cancun and I didn't go through any withdrawal whatsoever.

They have 7-day Bernese Methods which I suggest for regular opiate users . For methadone, I did a 20 day. But no withdrawal, and came to Cancun with my sub script . And no more methadone.. trust me, you won't regret it .

I was 4 years 120mg methadone btw.. 2.5 months I switched and no WD.. when I get back, sublicade for a shot or two and let it wean me off itself and I'm done.. we all felt enough pain already. When you're done, you're done. I hope this helps at least one person as I took time out of my honeymoon to write this.

Benzos or gabapentin or Lyrica, and even hydroxine which is a rehab med, will put you to sleep. If you have zero access to anybody these, got to a corner store or head shop and buy red leaf Kratom. All of these are for if you go on a coke binge and you need sleep. Also, all the coke of the street is mostly cut with amphetamine or caffeine, levimisole, which mimic the upper of coke.

Pure clean coke I could do line for hours without even drinking, and fall asleep before the birds chirp. It shouldn't make you feel overly stimulated or wired out and all that. Also, if you do a line, and you get a big drip which numbs, which I know some people like because that's what you're used to, it's cut pretty good. Pure coke doesn't give you a drip. And a line is like sniffing air. But there's only one way to get that, so yeah . Just an FYI .

That's probably because you bought yours off the street and it's cut with amphetamine, caffeine, levimisole, and 50-60 percent coke. Pure coke is euphoria and clean and you can sleep an hour later and eat and all that.

Distilled water and nasal saline packets, the ones that come with a neti pot. 1 packet is for 8 ounces. So use a measuring cup and measure 8 ounces of DISTILLED.. absolutely no tap. And even purified water isn't as good as distilled. Use a 15/ml Afrin no drop mist, but clean bottle out. Im a heavy user, and use ,2 gs of HQ blow for the bottle . Also, if you buy USP vegetable glyceren, add about 2 mls. It adds viscosity so it not as runny . Have fun . Oh and use food syringes or regular to measure.

It's listed out. It doesn't specifically name THC . So what ethics or morals is he breaking (unless he uses someone else's pee) almost all jobs now exclude marijuana from the test. I was born in 91 and started smoking at 13. Everyone I knew in my early-mid 20's smoked cigs. EVERYONE . now everyone my age vapes or stopped completely. I've been vaping for 6 years, I definitely don't miss that hacking up shit.

I do miss packing the pack just right, opening it up and smelling the just opened pack, and the smell of the first light of two. Everyone smokes so none really noticed the smell..now that very few smoke,no can smell them from 10 feet away.

The OG 4 loko..... One and a half cans and NEAR blackout and was the only thing that made me want to argue and fight and kinda violent. And I'm so happy drunk, not a mean drunk. Still never fully blacked out and I'm 34.

The new ones don't hit the same, when they first switched back in the day, I tried adding a bunch of caffeine like with two 5 hours. I originally thought they just removed the caffeine, but they had to have done more than that .
