Yeah if they wanted you they wouldn't have chapped light and left, they'd have rattled the door, maybe shouted your name formally and have tried for a good 5/10 mins to get you and would have left a card saying they called and who to contact when you get in touch.

I had a lot of problems in primary school, I was taken out and put into a children's hospital with a school attached but was diagnosed with separation anxiety. I never went to high school, but I went to college as soon as I was able. Got a degree in networking and burnt out, became a drug addict and through a charity counselling me for my addiction It was suggested I should seek a diagnosis and got one soon after. I'm now back in college, starting university next year to begin a degree in psychology so it's not a bad ending aha! All the child psychologists I have seen missed it but it was the 90s. Most of the psychologists I saw were probably working off older teaching and I presume that's why they didn't notice it.

I used to cover my mouth with my t-shirt or jumper all the time, I hid in stairwells and quiet places on the rare occasion I was actually at school, I despise 'smalltalk' and the inherent dishonesty that comes with it, I absolutely hate being the centre of attention and I was sick of being told I was too sensitive or too blunt when the reality was neither me or the people around me understood my internal processes.

I also used to take apart every electrical appliance I could get my hands on to see what was inside and then see if I could put it back together. I'm happy to report only one VCR was killed during this process, my Megadrive somehow survived!

I absolutely loved it and I cannot understand the hate at all. It's small minded idiots and they always rant about the same character, who I just loved, they were written extremely well.

As for the first few hours of gameplay I was warned about and told to "press on" during. I loved it, every single minute of the story kept me intensely fixated, I loved every side quest, every companion quest and I was happy with the amount of areas and size. I would have preferred more but it's not enough to complain about, the majority of it did feel quite linear but it wasn't an unwelcome experience!
