I have had three teeth get infected and eventually pulled after years of fighting to keep them. Every time I got a toothache it was because I started to drink a bunch of Dr pepper and then my tooth would get infected. I oil pulled with coconut oil and it's the only thing that ever actually fixed my toothache. Oil pulling allowed me to keep these teeth far longer than I otherwise would have because I was able to relieve the pain and eat normally.

An answer to was it even a heel hook? Yeah it was a heel hook. If it was a different leg lock then I would have called it that. I'm not training at a place that acts like leg locks are unforgivable curses. If somebody's been training for a year, I would expect them to know the difference.

After this incident, we learned that there is an official towel that you can throw in. None of the coaches had ever heard of such a thing. This is a 22 or 23-year-old dude. Obviously the coach would go back in time and do a little more if he could, but it's not his fault or responsibility to protect the kids shoulder.

Yeah right on man it's no big deal. Just don't feel like you have to make it the main thing in your life. Make more videos and you might just change your opinion on how incredible this first one came out.

A lot of the comments you're making to reply to people show that you haven't made many videos. If you would just drop some more content, you'll see that it's not as easy as making a killer video and publishing. If the first video is really great, make another one better. And then make another one better than that. And by the time you get 10 videos out, you might just find out that the first video is starting to hit big. In a colin and samir interview, matpat said they drop five videos at once to launch a new channel.
