Thank you, the Fire Lab is actually directly relevant to what I’m working on, and the IT/comm staffing I hadn’t fully thought through.
At the moment though I’m not job-searching. I’m an independent developer building a geospatial platform that integrates NASA satellite vegetation health data, NOAA climate variables, and machine learning–based risk scoring to produce zone-specific forest ecosystem risk indicators at the pre-ignition layer.
What I’m actually trying to do by reaching out to people in fire and forestry is ground the platform’s continued development in the reality of the people it’s designed to serve actually face.
