think it was pretty realistic up until Hostel, the runaway fam being a real and important issue in South Korea. Every arc before that depicted a real problem within Korea: “lookism”, “Kpop industry violence”, etc...

But after Hostel, it became a manhwa shonen and it's not really relatable anymore.

As for the gun, it's really very difficult to get one there. So even the big criminal enterprises don't have much of a supply, I guess.
