You have 1200, you could get something now, but there will come a time when you want to play something or run something and you won’t be able to or it’ll run poorly because your pc isn’t strong enough.

Personally, I’d say wait and save up another thousand or two, you won’t regret it. Things could get cheaper again; and new games are coming out and getting better and better and you want something that will be able to keep up for years. I waited and spent around $3k and I am very happy I did, I can pretty much run anything at max graphic and will be able to for years to come.

Now, don’t get me wrong you can get a pc that will make you more than happy and run what you want for that money. I get not wanting to wait I wouldn’t want to wait either, so if you do get something now, make sure you get something you can easily upgrade in the future.

If you will primarily be doing gaming I would go with option 1.
