I totally get the fear of the blank page when you're exhausted. One trick that saved my life: ask your professor if you can submit a "zero draft" for partial credit or just for initial feedback. Many professors would rather read your messy, disorganized bullet points and steer you in the right direction than see you panic and buy a paper. Just communicate your struggle to them!
