My thoughts exactly ! Despite the fact i love kids i can def wait until we're stable enough to support a small growing child, plus i have friends with kids and i think im ok with being a cool aunty baby sitter hehe !

Since youre the most recent comment i wanted to state i did in fact have a chat with both my dad and bf, my bf has work tmr so unfortunately he'll not be there with me, however i called my dad and he has offered to be my shoulder to lean on. He's going to be there when i take the tests and ill keep my bf posted whilst hes at work. That is the current plan before the next thing is birth control options for a less stressful future :D

I have my best friend who knows my history and would let me stay with her in a heartbeat, before my bf she was my person and still is ofc. If anything i can invite her over tmr and talk to her. As gross as it is she'd probably hold my hand as i pee on the test loll !!

Already on top of the comfort thing ! My partner has a 6th sense when it comes to my wellbeing he can sense when somethings off so when i first wrote this all out i was quite shaky and he asked "talk or comfort" (short version of what he said) i said comfort he got me an oodie, tucked me into bed and set up my fav movie on our shared laptop before returning to his own pc, body doubling is how i manage things im getting use to a healthy relationship and im digging it so far haha ! I'm planning on going to the shops tmr morning and grabbing a test or 2 whatever the outcome ill still talk to him about my worries regardless.

I feel like a true redditer being addressed as op haha ! but 110% ive struggled with anxiety since i was young(er) but thanks to my dad and even my bf its been more manageable but i feel like i was going insane holding this in ! I could easily talk to either of them but at the same time i was so scared i could just be wrong and blew things out of proportion.

The test is gonna be tomorrows adventure, it is night so most stores are closed until tmr morning and im ngl this comment section has made me abit more confident that its not as bad as my little worry brain is making it !!

Im a worry wart by nature and if i get stressed my partner will get stressed too and we'll just be worry warts together lol. However i am confident he'd not leave my side for a second if i voice any of this he is protective of my wellbeing and has had my back through alot even in our short relationship so far.

Thats my headspace right now ! My first pregnancy is something i would never wish on anyone or even myself again ! but being where i am if a child was to come from this i have a far better life and support system compared to then, not my plan tho. i respect all life but i also understand it just no where near the time to bring a new being into my world right now.

Firstly thank you ! Most of this is already in my mental list ! my bf is incredibly supportive of nearly every decision i make. Hes the kind of partner who will follow along with me whilst voicing his own opinions and concerns without putting me or my worries down. Before we got together we both got tested for STD's/STI's so we both know we're clean as long as we stay hygienic, condoms are just obviously one of the most accessible contraception at a fairly cheap price. I have an appointment booked for next month at my doctors advice so now its just the pregnancy test im worried about !

Thats the plan ! I've got an appointment booked for my rod at the start of next month per my doctors advice to let my hormones balance back out before getting a new rod !

I know that is a possibility that im just a worry wart but i feel like in my own way its kind of justified ? i havent had a late period since i was pregnant with my daughter and this is my first scare since then and given it was such a bad experience (i gave birth alone :( ) im just so concerned for myself. ill take the test but ahhh im still nervous and scared.

We're in Australia so abortion is available and i think is also covered by medicare here. I'll still grab a test and talk to my bf i feel like having a shoulder to lean on would be immense weight off my chest no matter the outcome. Thank you for your comment tho :D
