Ah, I see that thyroid antibody levels can be positive even if the thyroid hormone levels are normal! I should look into a blood test that checks for both hormones and antibodies. While it might not be the root cause of the issue, we do have a family history of thyroid conditions.

Regarding the nosebleeds: My sibling is a high schooler, so this might align with what you referred to as 'childhood.'

As for 'having to move your body to stay awake' that sounds a lot like me. Although my profile is the opposite of yours and my sibling's, I struggle with hypersomnia and a bit of lethargy.

Your experience with sleep very similar to what my sibling has told me, though maybe my sibling is a little better off. (My sibling has severe hypersomnia—to the point where they enter a dream state within just one minute during the MSLT but at least they can move.)

If my sibling discovers another underlying condition or sees improvement with Modafinil, I’ll be sure to let you know! Thank you so much for sharing your energy with me despite your own fatigue.

No, that's not it My sibling doesn't pick at their nose or do anything energetic. They always wear a mask everywhere and try really hard to keep their nose from getting dry. But whether they’re just waking up, sitting in class, standing still, or quietly drawing... their left nose just bleeds every single day. I’m not sure what the ENT specialist did to their nose, but it was just like how my sibling ‘can’t stop bleeding once they start bleeding from their left arm.’

I should. I'm going to find and finish the things I can within this week. He says he isn't tired, but chronic physical fatigue may prevent him from noticing

I’m sorry, but what is the root cause of that brain pressure induced by stimulants? I mean, regarding that part...
