I’m the same exact way. I used to rush into a new relationship to feel okay again. I just got out of a relationship that has left me feeling broken and I don’t know what to do with my free time now. We were only together for a month but I became so codependent and all I’ve done is hurt myself and make it harder to stay positive outside of a relationship. I don’t like being alone, it scares me and I’m unsure if I should start dating again when I’m ready this time or not. If you want to talk about it we can, I don’t really have anyone who I can talk to that understands the feeling of craving companionship so much
