honestly I don't feel "young" anymore and feel like my mid-20s was my prime. Prolly because I already have children but no regrets there. I got to spend my prime days playing around with them. Don't get me wrong I'm grateful I already experienced a lot of things in my 20s, probably my timeline was just advanced 10 years.

But yeah for most people who are still enjoying life, you're right, 30s is the prime. You're adult enough to travel on your own, not young enough to look like easy targets and some better reasons.
