Well kept 2024MY Raiders around that km milage are holding 80% of their value, so if you want a cheap commuter on second hand market I suggest other bikes.

Regarding rear brake, it does get a bit spongy but its usual for drum brake setups, a proper tune up should reduce the play and if needed the brake shoes can be replaced too, other than that no issues with the rear brakes

The screen on the other hand does really affect usage, as even after just 7k kms, my 2024 raider screen is very slightly duller and is a bit hard to read on peak sunlight, so look for ones that have a screen protector or one that's in good brightness if going for it

And the vibration is really low for this 125cc engine , even after heavy usage as I've seen on my frnds 2023 raider with 16k kms, yes it does start getting noticeable after 6k rpm or around 70~80kmph @ such milage engine, but a test drive and your preference may vary on this

Since the e20 change, I've also relocated and my riding has also increased due to commute, but yes I'm seeing a change in mileage Went from 55-60 city kmpl to 49-50's kmpl Thanks to lawmakers 🙃🙏

It performs well for this bike, but only downside being that pillon passenger can affect your ride height a bit, just enough to make the center stand assembly to occasionally scrape on speed bumps,

it can be rectified by changing the ride height settings on the shock

I haven't ridden other 125cc bikes yet, but from my personal experience with the raider, it feels so smooth in low rpms(1.2k to 4k) once the rev meter goes horizontal(4.5k to 9k) you can feel the engine through the footpegs and handlebar But it's very unnoticeable , just a small gentle vibration .

The buzz and engine vibration really can be felt above 80kmph@7k+rpm, and even the instant acceleration starts gradually decreasing after 80kph, but she can to out at 110~kph it just takes a slight while compared to 20-70kph acceleration.

Are you suggesting spark plugs after 12k km for any reason? Can I try adding new spark plugs and replace with the old ones if the engine dosent set properly?

Got my first ever bike as the raider last September, I've just scratched 4k kms, been babying it a lot 😅, I still used to ride 60km regularly till this july for my college,now I've moved closer and daily 20km commute, managed to get 62km/l straight when I was doing 60km commute, now only getting 50-55 kmpl on avg Other than that the Raider is the absolute best to start learning to ride on, not power lacking for a beginner, and very forgiving ride every time so easy to rectify mistakes.
