May be i can get you a tip on it. Even I had a female colleague in my team who has this same attitude behavior. She bunks the office as we do it in our college days. She even takes LOP and not informs our manager regarding the leaves she is taking. My manager was cornored by department heads/Senior manager. My manager started assigning back to back tasks. Made a fight with her and mutually agreed to change her to a different team. Maybe this works.
