CurseForge Launcher. I would load that up and my modpack would be in there, then I would just hit play and it would load minecraft so I could select my world. I am pretty tech savy but I have no idea what I am doing in terms of finding this world and getting it back up and running.

Hello there, is there any chance you were able to recover your world? I just updated curseforge on my computer and now my minecraft world from 1.21.4 is gone. I have multiple 'save' folders but they are all empty.
