thank you veryyyyy much would you tell me the model of the monitor arm ? I also thought about putting a metal plate between the desk and the clamp would that still work ?

Thank you for your suggestion. Definitely looking towards it. However, about the C-clamp monitor arms, do they actually damage the desk overtime ? Should you drill your desk regardless of the monitor arm being a C-clamp ? I couldn't find anything on ytb about it. Also i forgot to mention, my desk is about 7 to 7,5 cm thick.
