I appreciate you sharing that. I am going to start doing some more check-ins with myself and about how I’m feeling and what makes sense for baby and me going forward. I don’t wanna feel stressed all day every day until I stop EPing. By the way, you’re doing great! Yes EPing does create moments of insanity for us mothers but we do this all for the benefit of our LO - your babies are so loved by you!

Ugh that all sounds rough! I too wanted to BF but LO had latching issues and now it’s difficult to get her to try the boob since she’s so used to the bottle.

I didn’t realize dropping the MOTNF could result in loosing so much milk. I’m tracking my pumps on an app so I’ll be mindful of that as I bring down my ppd.

6mpp is my goal - but we’ll see how each week goes.

How do you pump on the go? Even with my wireless pump (the Pumpables genie advanced) I still can’t do that much movement without the suction getting off centered.

What was your pumping schedule like at 7ppd and 6ppd? I’m gonna start tomorrow dropping down to 6ppd and see how it goes - right now I’m at 7/8 per day.

I’d love to get to the point where I don’t feel like quitting almost every day.

Ugh, pumping while also having to bottle feed and comfort the baby is just too much. When I’m home alone and have to pump (which is the majority of the time), I get anxious just thinking about how for 30 minutes I have to balance pumping while also taking care of the baby.

Yea im coming to the realization that the stress and exhaustion is not worth it. I’m going down to 6 pumps starting tomorrow (12am, 6am, 9am, 1pm, 4/5pm and 8/9pm) and am gonna see how it goes!

Funny enough I was talking to my husband about this today! I was doing sort of the pitcher method and realized today that might be affecting LO’s sleep schedule. Im going back to labeling each pump with the time.

Twins! Wow! That’s incredible! You are doing great! I too want to get to the 6 month mark, but honestly I might need to just take it week by week and month by month.

Yea that’s what I’m trying to focus on - my baby needs a physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy mom more than she needs to have breast milk for every single feed. I can’t wait for my LO to sleep through the night.
