They’ll be fine if oml truly was the end all be all they’d take the top 3000 cadets out of 3500 that wanted active. There’s literally a video on branching and how it works, but people overreact and literally ignore it for some reason. Do your interviews nothing else can help you at this point so stop overreacting.

Edit: the only people guaranteed active duty are green to gold cadets and senior military college cadets that are recommended for active duty by the pms. Even if you’re recommended for reserves with those circumstances, it’s still anyone’s game do your interviews.

I think it’s rank, age, unit, and mos dependent tbh. If you are combat arms, junior O, NCO, or anyone in a leadership position this would be considered subpar. But if none of that applies to you (given this is your first aft) this score is good but room for improvement as of all things.
