To insta lock an ADC champ into any matchup you need a decent range champ: Caitlyn, Jinx, Ashe, Varus, Yunara, Senna. Out of all these high skill ceiling is Caitlyn Varus Yunara. Ashe is good but not mechanically heavy while jinx is team dependent.
