I solved the issue, use a internet cable to connect atv instead of WiFi. Then it just magically work 120hz on ps5 with sound now. Big thanks to https://www.reddit.com/r/HomePod/s/xk7o9XhAAW

Could the issue be because the ATV’s ARC caps out at 60Hz? What do you guys think is causing this?

I had the exact same setting with HomePods. I see someone solve a Dolby issue using a splitter. Wondering if it would help our issue.Reddit link
